What is your specific role in the project, and what is the single most exciting outcome you hope to achieve with the results of CustomAI?
diadikasia plays a central role in CustomAI by leading all legal, ethical, privacy, and data management activities across both phases of the project. This includes:
- Identifying and analysing all ethical and legal issues related to data acquisition, management, and privacy, as well as producing the initial and interim reports on the Data Management Plan (DMP) and ethical/legal considerations.
- Finalising the ethical and legal framework, updating the DMP, ensuring GDPR compliance, and delivering the Final Report on Data Management, Ethics, and Privacy.
- Leading key exploitation and sustainability tasks, including the preliminary exploitation strategy, a refined business model, and the overall exploitation framework.
Across these responsibilities, diadikasia ensures that CustomAI solutions—ranging from AI-based risk prediction to the Virtual Customs Control Office—are deployed under clear legal safeguards, transparent governance, and a viable exploitation roadmap.
